Empowering young Africans with skills for the future!

We are empowering young Africans with the skills they need to thrive in today’s workforce.
By closing the gap between education and employability, we’re preparing talent for remote, hybrid, and global careers—and shaping the future of Africa’s workforce.

How Do We Do This?

By equipping young Africans with in-demand, non-coding digital and workplace skills, we’re making global career opportunities more accessible than ever.

With over 5,000 students trained and hundreds now thriving in flexible, meaningful jobs, RESA Africa is driving lasting change in the global workforce.

How We Ensure Effective Engagement

  • We equip our students with the skills to confidently navigate digital platforms and use essential tools and software for today’s workplace. Beyond technical skills, we also teach them how to position themselves for global career opportunities.

  • To ensure a high-quality learning experience, we partner with experienced educators and industry professionals.

  • Our students don’t just learn—they grow within a supportive community that offers ongoing guidance, mentorship, and continuous support.

What Our Students Are Saying

About The Founder

Chinyere Nwachukwu is a mom of three amazing children. She is a Lawyer and the founder of Remanda SkillUp Academy.

In 2017, she experienced a difficult multiple pregnancy. She went into pre-term labor, lost one of the babies after a few gruelling weeks, and had to nurse the surviving twin back to health.

During this period, returning to a traditional office job was not an option. Out of desperation, she began researching how to build a career from home.

That’s when a whole new world opened up—she discovered that people were using the internet to gain practical skills and offer services remotely, regardless of their location.

She began her own learning journey and eventually decided to share that knowledge with others. This decision led to the birth of Remanda SkillUp Academy.

Over the past four years, she has taught over 5000 women digital skills that have helped them build flexible and fulfilling careers.

Her mission is to raise mentally strong, financially independent, and fulfilled women across Africa and beyond.
